      07 Objectives:

 1. To concentrate finance to investment and development of a number of projects, to carry out big and long-term projects;

 2. To take full advantages of experience in project investment and development of Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUD);

 3. To exploit financial capacity of BIVI, Vina Capital and other natural persons;

 4. To specialize management of financial activities for projects of Housing and Urban Development Corporation;

 5. To support capacity building in construction, installation, design of subordinate companies of HUD via financial assets renting, education investment;

 6. To ensure finance for housing and property business in order to gradually make HUD the owner of housing market in Vietnam;

 7. To produce such financial products as property bonds, property securities … to create favourable conditions and opportunities of housing ownership for all classes of people;
